Jammu, January 19 (KNS) : The Sericulture Development Department of Jammu and Kashmir launched its official calendar for 2026 at the Civil Secretariat here on Monday, highlighting the region’s dynamic sericulture ecosystem.
The unveiling ceremony was presided over by Shailendra Kumar, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary of the Agriculture Production Department, and Mr. Ajaz Ahmad Bhat, IAS, Director General of Sericulture for Jammu and Kashmir.
Senior officers of the department were also present on the occasion.
The 2026 calendar artistically captures the serene and productive landscapes of silk farming across the Union Territory.
