Srinagar July 02 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Anjuman-E Shian’s Interfaith Dialogue Secretary Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi said that The Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP) must urgently broaden its research and community engagement efforts to better understand the religious and cultural sensibilities of the people it serves. Training police personnel in crowd management and sensitivity to diverse beliefs is no longer optional—it is essential.

Supercopism cannot be allowed to override the rights and sentiments of an entire community. Law enforcement must operate within the framework of the law, not personal prejudice.
