‘Will hold protest sit in at Lal Chowk on Tuesday’

Srinagar, Oct 21 (KNS): Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) has called for complete shutdown tomorrow against the killing of five civilians near a gunfight site in a Kulgam village.
Talking to Kashmir News Service (KNS), Hurriyat Conference (M) chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq said that JRL calls for a shutdown tomorrow against the killing of five civilians in Kulgam today amid internet shutdown and mobile phone blockade. Mirwaiz also said that JRL will hold a protest sit in against the civilian killings at Lal Chowk Srinagar Tuesday this week.
Mirwaiz also took to social networking website twitter and wrote “To strongly condemn &protest the mayhem unleashed in Kulgam by the ruthless Indian state in which so far 5 civilians & 3 armed youth killed besides injuries to tens of scores of injured,JRL calls for complete #Shutdown tomorrow,JRL will hold a #ProtestSitin on Tuesday at LaLchowk.” (KNS)
