Imran Raza Ansari Meets Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi

New Delhi, August 4 (KNS): President All J&K Shia Association Imran Raza Ansari met with Hon’ble Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah today in the national capital for a detailed discussion on the prevailing situation in Jammu & Kashmir.

During the meeting, Ansari raised key issues concerning the people of the Union Territory, including the urgent need for the rehabilitation of families affected by terrorism. He appreciated the efforts made under the leadership of Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha, while also highlighting that several cases still require immediate attention and consistent follow-up.

The discussion also covered the recent observance of Muharram in the region. “We had an open and constructive dialogue,” Ansari said after the meeting. “I conveyed both my appreciation for the positive steps taken so far and my concerns regarding areas that need further action. I am hopeful that the discussion will translate into meaningful results for the people on the ground.”
