Handwara, June 26 (KNS): The centerly sponsored scheme ICDS, Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS) meant for the development of children has paralyzed in the Shatgund Bala Village of Langate.
According to residents “ It has been around three months the ICDS centers are still looking for the supply but the department has not provided the supply to these particular ICDS centers .
A local told KNS over the phone, we have three Angan Wari centers in the area, it has been now three months since we have not received the supply. We really don’t know the reason. Whenever our kids go to the centers to receive the nutrition, they simply telling them that the supply has been stopped by the administration. We want to draw the kind of attention of the administration towards, local said.
Sarpach of the village told KNS that he is visiting the concern office regularly but no heed is being paid by the concern officials.
However, When KNS contacted concern CDPO he said that the Sarpch of the village has to visit the concern office for the supply along with the supervisor , the supply will be given to him (KNS)
