Hajin, Oct 12 (KNS): A complete shutdown was observed on second consecutive day today in Hajin town of Bandipora district of North Kashmir to mourn the killings of two militants, killed in an encounter with security forces in Paribal area of Hajin.
All shops, business establishments and educational institutions were closed while as public transport was off the roads.
Two militants, belonging to LeT outfit namely Nasrullah Nazir Mir aka Ana who was a local militant and his foreign associate LeT militant Abu Baker aka Ali Baba, were killed in an Gun battle in wee hours of Wednesday. Two Indian air force commandos were also killed in this Gun battle.
Pertinently Police has blamed the slain militants for the killing of BSF man, Muhammad Ramzan Parrey who was killed on 27 September last month. (KNS)
