Ganderbal Police Welcomes CAPFs for Smooth Conduct of SANJY-2025

Ganderbal June 12 (KNS):  Ganderbal Police extended a warm welcome to Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) deployed for the upcoming Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra (SANJY)-2025 to ensure its smooth and secure conduct.

SSP Ganderbal Khalil Ahmad Poswal (JKPS) received the Commanding Officers of the Adhoc Companies at District Police Headquarters, marking the start of a joint effort for a safe and organized pilgrimage.

A joint interaction was held at the Conference Hall, DPO Ganderbal, where officers from J&K Police and CAPFs discussed key strategies, deployment plans, coordination methods, and overall security arrangements for the Yatra.

Briefings were also held on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), threat assessments, and contingency plans. All agencies reaffirmed their commitment to safeguarding the sanctity of the Yatra while ensuring safety and efficient service.
