Srinagar, Aug 16 (KNS): Democratic Party Nationalist (DPN) president and former minister, Ghulam Hassan Mir on Thursday expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of former Prime Minister, Atal Bihari Vajpayee who passed away today at New Delhi’s All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS).
Mir termed the former PM as true statesman, saying that the efforts made by the deceased to bringing peace and tranquility in the Jammu and Kashmir will always be remembered.
He said that the former PM will be remembered for his good deeds.
Mir also expressed solidarity with the bereaved family besides praying for the eternal peace to the departed soul. (KNS)
