Srinagar, Dec 07 (KNS): Lashing out at Ruling dispensation of PDP BJP for failing to ensure adequate supply of electricity to people in Valley during these days of harsh winter, J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President, G A Mir while taking a dig on the Govt said that State Govt could not even ensure adequate arrangements to people on the auspicious occasion of Eid Milad (SAW), emphasizing that there must be adequate arrangements in place on Friday Following tomorrow.
In a statement issued to KNS, Mir blamed the Govt for failing to ensure basic facilities to people saying that that the PDP led Govt has crossed all limits of failure, as that only tall claims with regard resolution of problems arising due to inadequate supply of electricity, basic amenities and other problems confronting people were being made for local consumption only, whileas the performance of the Govt on ground is zero reflecting the lack of interest and policy on the part of PDP BJP Govt.
Mentioning that State Govt is adding more problems people rather than taking measures to address the genuine concern of the people, Mir emphasized the need for ensuring additional electricity in the entire valley, besides ensuring adequate supply of essentials to people, as per the Govt rate list.
He added that Govt must ensure adequate electricity to people, besides other facilities, for the fact, the winter is going to be more harsh in coming days.
Mir said that Divisional Administration must ensure appropriate arrangements to people on Friday Following, as thousands of people from South, Central and North Kashmir are visiting Dargah Hazrtbal on Friday to pay obeisance. (KNS)
