Srinagar, Sep 04 (KNS): Stating that Education was the only tool to transform an ordinary human being into a perfect one, PDP Women's wing President Safeena Beigh Tuesday said that youth have a major role to play in transforming the society and bring a progress oriented revolution.
Addressing the Students of Degree College Bandipora, Safeena Beigh who was there to donate a Bus on behalf of her husband and Parliament member Muzafer Hussain Beigh - said that Student activism was a way forward for attaining prosperity.
According to the statement issued to KNS, she added that the peacefull student activism was bound to bring a revolution aiming progress and prosperity. She however, insisted that violence has always been a major impediment in the progress and said that this -Violance- doesnt only take lives but also disturbs the social fabric.
Meanwhile Safeena presented a Bus for the College, an ambulance for Bandipora hospital on behalf of Parliament member Muzafer Hussain Beigh. She also announced that Beigh has released one crore rupees from his MPLAD for Bandipora constituency. (KNS)
