Srinagar, Dec 31 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir National conference president Dr Farooq Abdullah and vice president Omar Abdullah have extended warm wishes to the people on the eve of Gregorian New Year.
Dr Farooq while greeting the people said, “May every day of the New Year be filled with joy and happiness, I wish the new year that is about to set in acts as harbinger of a new era of peace and prosperity in Kashmir,” he said.
Omar Abdullah in his greeting said, “May the New Year be as bright as sun shine and as calm as moonlight. I wish peace is restored in the state and Kashmir in particular."
Party’s general secretary Haji Ali Muhammad Sagar, Additional General secretary Dr Sheikh Mustufa Kamal, Provincial president Nasir Aslam wani have also extended warm greeting to the people on the eve of New Year. (KNS)
