Dr Farooq, Omar express grief over snow avalanche accident in Aru

Srinagar, Feb 02 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Vice President Omar Abdullah on Saturday expressed deep sorrow over the death of three snow clearing workers, who were hit by an avalanche the other day in the Aru area of Pahalgam.
The duo urged the incumbent administration to provide succor to the kith and kin of those who lost their lives in the unfortunate accident and best medical support to the injured.
District President Anantnag Altaf Kaloo has also expressed grief over the fatal accident urging the administration to ensure safety of the field staff. He also impressed upon the administration to provide ex-gratia relief to the families of deceased and best medical support to the injured.
Meanwhile Party’s General Secretary Haji Ali Muhammad Sagar has expressed grief over the fire incident that took place at Pandrethan area gutting seven houses. He has urged the administration to come to the rescue of effected families. Party’s YNC Vice President Ahsan Pardesi has also urged the administration to provide succor to the fire effected families.
