Srinagar, October 22 (KNS) : Dar-ul-Khair Mirwaiz Manzil Srinagar ha expressed deep sorrow over the recent devastating fire incident at Narparistan, Fateh Kadal, which damaged four residential houses and caused extensive loss of property.
