Srinagar, Dec 15 (KNS): President Democratic Party Nationalist (DPN) and former minister Ghulam Hassan Mir has described the civilian killings very sad and unfortunate.
He said that time again government has been assuring that SOP will be followed strictly but on ground security forces don’t follow it and because of which civilian killings take place.
“These type of killings show Government is unmindful about the lives of our youth. The way Government is doing it pushes our youth to wall. Government has to fix the responsibility of the event and who are responsible should get exemplary punishment,” Mir added. (KNS)
