Handwara, June 15,(KNS): Mohammad Hamad Wani, a resident of Chogul Handwara, has scored an impressive 553 marks in the NEET UG 2025 exam, securing a spot among the top 10,000 candidates nationwide. His performance puts him in strong contention for an MBBS seat at Government Medical College (GMC), Srinagar under the Jammu & Kashmir state quota.
Hamad, son of Haroon Rashid Wani, a Forester by profession, has been praised for his dedication and focused preparation over the past two years. His success has brought pride to his family and the entire Chogul community.

In 2024, the closing score for open merit MBBS admission at GMC Srinagar was also 553, making Hamad's chances promising this year as well.
