PDP BJP Govt responsible for pushing J&K in dark situation: Vikar Rasool

Banihal, Sep 05 (KNS): Stating that the unholy alliance of PDP BJP ruling dispensation is responsible for pushing J&K in darkness, uncertainty and create anguish among the people in the State, former minister and Congress MLA from Banihal Vikar Rasool wani today said that the coalition partners (PDP BJP) after securing votes from the people failed them on every count leading to the restlessness and confusion in the entire State.
According to the statement issued to KNS, he was addressing a day long political convention of Prominent Activists and Delegates of Banihal constituency at Municipal Park Banihal today.
Addressing the well gathered party worker's convention, MLA Banihal Vikar Rasool hit out at Centre and State Govt for the deteriorating situation in the State and blamed both for failing to create an atmosphere of peace, as a result, country & the State is passing though very crucial phase leading to the deep alienation among people. People are subjected to mental torture by the State Govt in order to hide its failures, for the fact, PDP BJP has miserably failed to deliver. The misrule and mismanagement on their part has added woes to the people, there seems no end to uncertainty prevailing in the State.
While speaking on the move of newly appointed Governor Satya Pal Malik to hold Municipal and Panchayat elections in coming months. Congress leader and MLA Banihal Vikar Rasool wani strongly advocate the safety and security of contesting sarpanches,Panchs and counselors,as the state is victim of war like situation and being the people's party can not compromise on the precious lives electorates and contesting sarpanches Panchs and counselors for the voter turnout in the State.
During the day long convention Congress leaders express serious concern on the intention of Modi led RSS government for touching the speacial status of J&K by abrogation of Article 35 A, they added that any dilution to the special status will lead to serious complication of the problem and further vitiating the atmosphere in the state and also will lead the nation towards disintegration.
On the occasion senior Congress leader Imtayaz Ahmed Khanday urged upon the party worker's gear up for the coming Municipal and Panchayat elections for ensuring the remarkable victory to the Congress party in the State and which would be become the first lesson need to be tought to those forces who neglected Banihal during past four year's
District president Congress Farrooq Ahmed, Senior Youth Congress leader Alyas Banihali, block presidents, Bashir Ahmed Naik, Parvaiz wani,Ghulam Ali Daing, Mohd Rafiq Barmoji, Congress leader Abdul Rasheed Manhas,Mohd Asgar Mir, Kaiser Hameed, Ghulam Nabi Bubul and others also spoke during convention and put forward their suggestions for strengthening the base of the Congress party in the area.
