Srinagar, Jan 24 (KNS): Bhartiya Janta Party senior leader Avinash Rai Khanna on Friday said that their party will take care of aspirations and interests of people of J&K in future.
He was replying to a question regarding the securing of jobs and lands for locals after abrogation of Article 370.
BJP leader was in a party event in Srinagar where scores of youngsters joined the party.
“These highly educated youth completely understand the agenda of our party and they are satisfied with the work of our party. We are working for the development of Kashmir,” he said.
He advised the opposition parties to play their role as responsible opposition members and detest from spreading the wrong perception among the masses.
When asked about the detention of leaders in Kashmir, Rai said : “No party is banned in Kashmir every party can do their political activities and those who are under detention are as per the law.”
On being asked that BJP leaders are moving freely here and other party leaders are not being allowed to visit Kashmir.
“Those who have good intention can come any time,” he said.
