Srinagar, Sep 19 (KNS) Ahead of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly's autumn session, the opposition BJP has convened a legislature party meeting here on Sunday to finalise its strategy to take on the government, a party leader said.
Leader of Opposition Sunil Sharma will chair the meeting of BJP MLAs on Sunday evening, where the party's plan to corner the government during the session will be discussed.
"We are holding a meeting of MLAs tomorrow," Sharma told news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS).
Sunil Sharma, who has been holding meetings across Jammu and Kashmir to gather feedback on governance and other issues, said the BJP will raise matters affecting the common people.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
"We will seek answers from the government for every promise they made to the people of Jammu and Kashmir," he said.
Notably, The BJP's aggressive stance comes as the Assembly session is set to begin, with the opposition signalling its intent to hold the government accountable on its commitments and governance record. (KNS).
