Srinagar, Jan 17 (KNS) : Awami National Conference President Khalida Shah today made it clear that Article 371 can never be alternative to Article 370.
Regarding the proposed visit of Ministerial team from GOI to J&K, Khalida Shah said aim of their visit is to witness the destruction with their own eyes after abrogation of Article 370.
“They will some people here so that they can send a message at international level that everything is normal here,” She said.
She also said that after abrogation of Article 370, everything is out of gear here.
“Whether it is education, business, functioning of govt departments,” she said in a statement issued to KNS.
She also accused central government of failing to release 80,000 crore package.
