Srinagar, Jun 24 (KNS): Minister for Youth Service and Sports , Technical Education and Information Technology, Molvi Imran Raza Ansari Saturday visited Jagarpora Handwara, the native village of Ab Majeed Dar (Judge) who passed away yesterday after prolonged illness.
Pertinently, Ab Majeed Dar happens be the cousin brother of MLA Kupwara, Adv Bashir Ahmad Dar.
Ansari during his speech reiterated the contribution made by Ab Majeed Dar in promoting the culture of education, socio-economic development and strengthening the legal framework in the entire state in general and Kupwara district in particular.
During this occasion people from all shades cutting across the political spectrum have attended this condolence meeting today at his ancestral house.
Ansari paid tributes to the departed soul and sympathies with the family members including MLA Kupwara and Naseer Ahmad Dar (Judge) to bear this great lose. (KNS)
