Budgam, Sep 24 (KNS): Anjuman Shari Shai organized multiple Muharam processions across Kashmir Valley on 13th day of Muharram. Thousands of mourners participated in processions that were carried out in different parts of Valley.
Processions were taken out at Mulshulla Beerwa, Kakinmaran, Aakerwail Budgam, Baghpora Odina, Gund Nowgam, Peer Mohalla Zalpora, Sonabaran Inderkote Sonawari Bandipora, Kanloo Pattan, Dewra, Zadi Mohalla Pattan Baramulla and other areas.
Aga Syed Hasan Almosvi Alsafvi who led a procession in Odina Sonawari, Bandipora paid rich tributes to the supreme sacrifices and services rendered by Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) for cause of Islam and urged for following the teachings and path of the Imam.
He also highlighted the faithfulness of companion of Imam Hussain (AS).
He said that in this modern age Muslim Ummah was facing problems across the globe.
“Without unity among Muslims, problems could not be resolved. Enemies of Islam were making untiring efforts to defame Islam, however, their designs would be frustrated and they could not succeed in their nefarious designs. It is the need of the hour to show unity,” he said.
He condemned the attack on Iranian soldiers at Ahwaz Iran and blamed America and Jewish powers for this brutal attack. He said that such attacks won’t break the resolve of Iran and it will never come down to its knees. (KNS)
