Altaf Bukhari leads delegation to console party colleague on the passing of his wife

Srinagar, Oct 3 (KNS) : Apni Party President Altaf Bukhari on Friday led a delegation to extend condolences to his colleague on the demise of his wife.

Mehmoda Begum, wife of Abdul Rahman Wani—Apni Party’s Provincial Joint Secretary for Kashmir and in-charge of the Lolab constituency—passed away on Thursday after a brief illness.

According to a press release issued here, Altaf Bukhari and his accompanying party leaders and senior workers visited the Qamarwari residence of Abdul Rahman Wani and extended condolences to him and other members of the bereaved family.

The visiting delegation expressed deepest sympathies with the bereaved and prayed for the eternal peace for the departed soul.
