Revival of assembly by SC can throw up a big challenge to BJP

Srinagar, Nov 30 (KNS): After Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), dissidence is brewing up in Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state unit of Jammu and Kashmir as the differences between Gagan Bhagat and the party’s state leadership has come out in open with state BJP Secretary (Organisation) Ashok Koul accusing Gagan Bhagat of being involved in a sex scandal and another leader Deena Nath Bhagat of being irrelevant.
Sources disclosed to Kashmir News Service (KNS) that more two Ex-MLAs of BJP from Chenab valley presently allying with the dissidents Gagan Bhagat and Deena Nath Bhagat are not coming out in open in support of legal challenge to dissolution of Jammu and Kashmir Assembly in the Supreme Court by Bhagat.
The two Ex-MLAs who are yet to come out in open, however are likely to come out in open anytime in coming days and with this assembly if revived to a Supreme Court on the petition filed by Gagan Bhagat may throw up a huge challenge to the BJP state leadership to keep its numerical strength intact in the dissolved assembly. Like PDP, BJP too will have to face dissidence if the Supreme Court revives Jammu and Kashmir assembly on the petition filed by Gagan Bhagat. (KNS)
