Srinagar, July 26 (KNS): Apni Party President Altaf Bukhari has called for strict accountability after the death of a 21-year-old Gujjar youth in police firing on the outskirts of Jammu city on Thursday.
Bukhari said the administration had taken timely action by suspending two accused police officials, ordering a magisterial inquiry, and constituting a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the incident.

He expressed hope that the investigation would uncover the truth and deliver justice to the victim’s family, reiterating that “accountability is non-negotiable, and justice must prevail.”(KNS)
