Kupwara, Sep 06 (KNS): ARTO Kupwara Wednesday held an interactive session with the applicants seeking Driving licenses. The session was conducted at the trial ground in Kupwara where the applicants who had come for Driving test were sanitized and provided necessary tips. They were also advised to use seat belt in four wheelers and wear helmets while riding the bikers.
According to KNS, they were also asked to avoid rash and negligent driving for their safety in particular and safety of other road users in general. Bike riders were asked to desist from "Stunt riding" to avoid accidents. In the end the ARTO asked applicants to approach personally for their legitimate work without choosing touts etc. (KNS)
