3 live animals retrieved under collapsed house in Handwara

Handwara, April 13 (KNS): Authorities on Monday cleared debris of a collapsed house owned by a Pandit and retrieved three animals live.

According to Kashmir News Service (KNS), on the request of civil administration, a JCB was provided along with driver Lateef Ahmad Shah under the Supervision of Presient MC Handwara and on the directions passed on by Excutive Officer MC Handwara and Tehsildar Handwara, a rescue operation was carried out jointly by the civil administration where three live animals were retrieved safely who were stucked there for at least 21 hours.

The house owned by a Pandith was collapsed naturally. The rescue team while using streneous efforts cleared the debris of collapsed house by JCB run by Lateef Ahmad Shah.

The entire team hailed the effots of JCB driver at the occasion. (KNS)
