Anantnag November 07:(KNS) A joint team consisting the officers of PDA, Wild life, Forest, Revenue, Police & Municipal Committee today launched an anti encroachment drive at Mamal Pahalgam and retrieved 110 kanals of Forest Land which was illegally encroached. 

The CEO PDA Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad Semnani, DFO Wildlife Rouf Ahmad Zargar, Range officer Forest Range Pahalgam, Tehsildar Pahalgam and other senior officers of the concerned departments were present during the demolition drive.
The team demolished illegal huts, Dokas and fencing of the said land. They said on the occasion that the anti encroachment drive shall continue in future too also and all the state/ Forest land will be retrieved.(KNS)
