Karnah, May 08 (KNS): One person died while two others were injured in an accident in Nachyian area of Karnah in north Kashmir's Kupwara district on Monday.
An official told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that a car rolled down into gorge on Karnah-Chowkibal road, resulting in death of one person and injuries to two others.
He said that the injured were shifted to sub district hospital Tanghdar for treatment.
Medical Superintendent SDH Tanghdar, Dr Farooq Qurashi told KNS that the injured were under treatment.
The deceased has been identified as Rafeeq Ahmed Qurashi (52) from Taad and injured have been identified as Shakoor Ahmed and Mohd Ramzan Bhat of Handwara. (KNS)
