Admin urges for calm, say, culprits won’t be spared

Kupwara, Jul 20 (KNS): As the situation continues to remain uneasy in Kupwara following the mysterious killing of a nine year old boy, the authorities have urged people to remain calm and vowed to bring the perpetrators to justice.
Deputy Commissioner Kupwara Khalid Jahangir told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that SSP Kupwara has been asked to speed up the investigation so that the culprits are brought to book. Jehangir added that no-one involved in the gruesome crime shall be spared and urged people to maintain calm. He said he was throughout the day stationed in the town and has asked police to expedite the investigation process.
Meanwhile, Deputy Inspector General of Police for North Kashmir Dr. Sunil Gupta told KNS that SSP Kupwara has been advised to move swiftly in the investigation process but urged people to maintain calm. He said that culprits would be brought to book at any cost. (KNS)
