J&K police chief credits people for peace

Srinagar, Sep 23 (KNS): Jammu & Kashmir Director General of Police (DGP) Dilbagh Singh on Friday said that anti-peace elements who have always hurt people in J&K are being Wiped-out by security forces. 

Speaking to the reporters here at Srinagar, the J&K police chief said that the anti-peace elements are being  tracked and wiped out by the security forces as innocent people's lives have always been lost here due to them. 

He said that the Jammu and Kashmir Police has cleared many thorns which had been causing harm to the people of the area from time to time and those who are left will be wiped out very soon. 

"Hurriyat and other anti-peace elements has always played blood games on instructions received from across the border," the DGP said, adding that no mission is successful without the support of our people so we congratulate the people they are with our every action.

"Yesterday I saw people in people want peace and order. Shapian's Zanpora used to be the hub of militants and now there is no militant left, I credit people for their support in our peace efforts," he said.(KNS)
