Srinagar, Nov 03 (KNS): National Conference Provincial President Kashmir, Nasir Aslam Wani Thursday said, "I am feeling glad to go back to my roots and to my people".
He was replying after party leadership nominated him as Incharge, Kupwara Constituency. "I am very much glad that I am going back to my roots and to my people", he said.
Wani said the party leadership provided me a chance to go back to my people and make the party strong at grassroots level. "This will help me in meeting my people and apprise them about party agenda at a time when J&K is witnessing deep chaos", Wani added.
To a query, the NC leader added BJP can say anything about formation of next government in J&K. "Let BJP to say hearsay. This will be their opinion. But the formation of government is purely dependent of people's verdict", he added.(KNS)
