Jammu Regions many districts still deprived of equitable development

 JAMMU, FEBRUARY 26:(KNS) Apni Party President, Syed Mohammed Altaf Bukhari on Saturday said that youth in J&K have endorsed non-communal and politics of telling truth to the people, an agenda adopted by Apni Party.

 
Addressing a joining programme here at Gandhi Nagar office, Altaf Bukhari said that the Party has gained support at the ground level and in the regions which remained neglected for decades with regard to the developmental activities.
 
This joining programme was organized by District General Secretary Jammu Urban, Atul Sharma, and State Coordinator Youth Outreach and Capacity Building Programme, Tariq Mohidudin.
 
He welcomed the youth who joined Apni Party and hoped that their joining would strengthen the Party while asking them to take forward the message of the Party so that the people join the movement towards a bright future.
 
Prominent among those who joined Apni Party include Nitin Sharma, Vikas, Aashish, Vikas, Ankush, Himanshu, Shitij and others.
 
“The biased approach in developmental activities in Jammu’s region has deprived the people of their constitutional right to get equitable treatment like other areas. The Apni Party is committed for the upliftment of the people economically, socially and politically with no scope of discrmination,” he added.
 
He said that the joining of youth shows that the Party’s agenda of unity with no communal approach and telling truth to the people has attracted the youth as a result they are joining the movement towards peace and prosperity.
 
“We strongly oppose any kind of discriminatory approach with any section of the society. However, we are committed to provide equal opportunity to the people in all the regions to get employment and development,” he said.
 
He said that “Apni Party believes in unity of both the regions and criticized those trying to create wedge between the community and regions on caste, creed, region or religion.”
 
Prominent among those who were present on the occasion include Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir, Former Cabinet Minister and Senior Leader Dilawar Mir, State General Secretary Vikram Malhotra, Provincial President, Jammu, Manjit Singh, Provincial Vice President Ex-MLA Faqir Nath, Provincial Secretary Dr Rohit Gupta, President, Apni Trade Union, Ajaz Kazmi, SC State Coordinator Bodh Raj Bhagat, State Vice President Youth Wing, Raqeeq Ahmed Khan, Provincial President Legal Cell, Vikram Rathore, District Vice President Jammu Urban Vibhav Mattoo, Provincial President, Youth Wing Vipul Bali, District Secretaries, Mohammed Asif, Salman, Mohammed Ashraf and Abhishiekh Goswami, Organising Secretary Deepak Bradoo, Party leader Arun Chibber, district, youth wing office bearers were present.(KNS)
