We encourage bright students by giving them gifts: Farooq Trali

Srinagar, August 17 (KNS) : Yakut Welfare Trust Tral today distributed free books among students in Aripal Tehsil of sub-district Tral.
 
Chairman Yakut Welfare Trust Farooq Ahmed Trali presented the free books to the students of financially weaker families. The impressive function which was organised in Higher Secondary School Satura was attended by students and teachers of the institute.
 
On the occasion, Trali highlighted the role of education in the society and impressed upon the students to become role models in the society through the medium of education.

Notably, Trali distributed 48 sets of books which included reference books among students.

Saying that children are the pillars and future of society, Trali said "We should encourage kids to study and provide them with necessary facilities. We as an NGO try to regularly help the needy students. Our NGO has also taken the responsibility for the fee of a few needy, bright students for competitive exams in coaching centers of Srinagar. We encourage the bright students by giving gifts to them.”  
On the occasion students took oath of staying away from drugs and vowed to contribute towards the drug free society.
Meanwhile Trali also had a brainstorming session with principal and faculty of school regarding the need for various initiatives and interventions by Yakut welfare trust in Tral sub-district 

Trali thanked the Principal Riyaz Ahmed Mir, other faculty particularly Mudasir Irfan, Mudasir Maqbool for their valuable time in book donation programme and suggestions to make quality Education for all as movement in Tral.
Yakut Welfare Trust also thanks the donors of these books which are unsung heros of this noble work.(KNS)
