Says JK Admin has swindled hundreds of crores from Jobless youth

Srinagar February 07:(KNS)  Congress leader Kadfeen Choudhary on Monday termed the recent government decision to withdraw posts from SSRB and JKPSC as the biggest fraud committed against the jobless youth of Jammu and Kashmir. He said that the government has this way swindled hundreds of crores of money from the aspirants who had appeared for various posts.

In a statement to Kashmir News Service (KNS), Kadfeen said that nominally Rs 1000 is charged from each job aspirant by the JKSSB and JKPSC for applying for the job interview and selection process.  “The PSC and JKSSRB had since October 2019 invited application for a plethora of posts and lakhs of educated jobless youth had appeared for these posts while each paying Rs 1000 along with the job application. Now pay heed, by withdrawing all these posts, the government has swindled more than 100 crore rupees as per the estimates from the jobless youth of the state. Is this the empowerment the BJP government promised for JK post-Abrogation of Article 370?  Has the UT exchequer so cash-starved that the administration has begun minting money from the jobless youth,” Kadfeen asked.

He added that the government decision is one of the major scams committed at the government level in India. The Congress leader urged the administration to roll back such a decision henceforth. (KNS
