Will lodge FIR against Congress Ex-MLA for his derogatory remarks against PM Modi: Altaf Thakur

Srinagar, Oct 02 (KNS): Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) JK spokesperson on Saturday slammed the former Sopore MLA of Congress, Abdul Rashid Dar for using derogatory remarks against Prime Minister Narendera Modi during a public rally in North Kashmir’s Kupwara district, stating that the party will lodge FIR in every police station of North Kashmir against Ex MLA.

In a statement issued here to KNS, BJP spokesperson , Altaf Thakur said that, unfortunately Dar was an illiterate and yet managed to become MLA. Imagine a person who could demean urdu language by stating that ‘Kitna Yaad Thawega’ represents Congress.

BJP’s J&K unit has decided to file a case against Dar in every police station of North Kashmir for his impolite language against PM Modi,” Thakur said.

Ignorant person like Dar is daydreaming about hanging PM Modi if Congress comes to power, he added.

Condemning the remarks, Thakur said, “The fact remains that Congress will never come to power as the party has been rejected by one and all across India. Yet, a former Congress legislator dreams about his party coming to power. He will continue to daydream about it but the day will never come.

He said that it was unfortunate to see people like Dar in the Congress party and what can one expect from the party that has decimated the country since 1947 for its own political benefits.

“People like Dar in Congress party is a proof what the party is and what its legislators are.PM Modi is a world reputed leader and globally accepted idealistic leader", he added.

People like Dar would barely understand what Modiji is as Congress has become home for illiterates and substandard people, he concluded.(KNS)
