Anantnag, March 06 (KNS): Bhartiya Janta Party General Secretary organization Ashok Koul on Monday said that whenever elections are held in Jammu and Kashmir BJP will be ready.
Talking to reporters in Anantnag, he said
the recent meetings are not in view of elections, but a routine exercise, however, party is fully prepared for elections.
He said the meetings are held to ensure reach out to people at the grassroots level and more such meetings will be held in coming days.
Reacting to recent structural changes in the party at district level, he said that it is a routine party exercise after every three years.
Meanwhile, several senior leaders including Sofi Yousuf, Altaf Thakur and several others attended a party meet chaired by Ashok Koul in Anantnag. (KNS)
