Srinagar October 11 (KNS): long cricket tournament organised by 18 Bn Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) under civic action programme at sports stadium Kulgam district concluded on today.
The tournament was inaugurated 3 of October by Commandant CRPF 18 Battalion, B A K Choraseia in presence of other officers of CRPF and motivated the players for healthy competition.
16 teams from various parts of the district participated in the tournament
The CRPF said the aim was to provide assistance to local youth who belong to far-flung and remote areas.
The final match was played between District Police Kulgam and NGO Kulgam on today
All local people and prominent persons of the area appreciated the work of 18 Bn CRPF.
in which District Police Kulgam kulgam defeated its opponent NGO Kulgam and clinched the trophy.
The Man of The Match was awarded to Arfat Yousuf was declared Man of Match and Danish was Man of The Tournament.
