Traffic on Langate bridge halted after surface under it caves in

Handwara, Apr 20 (KNS): The authorities on Thursday halted traffic movement on a bridge in Langate area of north Kashmir's Kupwara district after surface under it started caving in due to flashfloods.

An official told Kashmir News Service (KNS), that surface under bridge over Mawer Nallah started caving in due flashfloods following heavy rainfall in the area.

He said as a precautionary measure, traffic movement has been halted on the bridge.
