Srinagar, Dec 01 (KNS): A traffic police personnel was injured after being fired upon by suspected militants in Rajouri Kadal area of Srinagar on Wednesday evening, police said here.
An official told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that the militants fired upon the cop today evening and soon after the incident he was immediately shifted a hospital for treatment.
The official said that the cop was fired upon when he was regulating traffic in the area.
He said that the area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers. (KNS)
