Tariq Ghani Extends Eid Greetings, Hopes for Peace and Economic Growth in Kashmir

Srinagar, June 6 (KNS): President of the Chamber of Commerce & Industries Kashmir (CCIK), Tariq Ghani, extended warm greetings to the Muslim community on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, wishing peace, prosperity, and happiness for all.

In his message, Ghani prayed for the acceptance of Hajj and the safe return of all pilgrims. He also hoped for the health and well-being of the people and the safety and stability of Kashmir and the country.

Ghani expressed concern over the current halt in tourism activities in the Valley but remained optimistic. He said the upcoming visit of the Prime Minister could play a significant role in reviving tourism and supporting the local economy.

“The visit is a positive step and will benefit the common man. With the introduction of the new train service, travel costs may come down, and we hope to see real progress in Jammu & Kashmir,” he added.(KNS)
