Srinagar, Mar 04 (KNS): Social activist Umar Bhat accompanied by his team on Friday called upon SSP Srinagar Rakesh Bhalwal and appreciated his role in making efforts to take head on the drug menace and other crimes in Srinagar city.

 

As per a statement, Bhat appreciated the SSP Srinagar and desired that the police force which is ensuring security of the people should maintain and sustain the people friendly approach.

 

It read that the people-friendly-approach is needed so that the public at large feel secure from the police rather than apprehensive and insecure. (KNS)
