Rs 30757 cr  nothing as compared to Rs1 lac crore tourism loss Post August 5: Muzaffer Shah

Srinagar  February 1 (KNS): Vice President Awami National conference, Muzaffer Shah today lashed at central Government for granting 30757 crores  for union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir in Union Budget given the loss of Tourism,Transport,hoteliers and other sectors of more than Rs 1 lac crore after the special status was abrogated on 5 August 2019.

Addressing Media persons at Party headquarters, Shah said that, " although the maiden gas pipeline project has been announced which will come through the national highway, but the National Highway is in worse condition for which centre failed to make it workable."

“For me Jammu and Kashmir is not Union Territory but the oldest state of India”, Shah added.

Shah alleged the people of Jammu and Kashmir suffered ration curtailment. "They are being issued 5kg or 3.3kg.”first provide sugar,kerosene,rice to people of Jammu and Kashmir”, Shah added.

He also said that the granting of thirty thousand crore to Jammu and Kashmir  is nothing and the people of Jammu and Kashmir are not satisfied with this.(KNS)
