Anantnag, Dec 22 (KNS) The electrical wing of Roads and Buildings Department Anantnag division is in complete disarray for the last few years and it seems nobody is serious in making this wing completely functional or to set it right.
Sources told Kashmir News Service (KNS) more than 10 employees are posted in this wing and no one has been transferred for the last five years .
They said the officers at helm hardly initiate any action in this regard and seem helpless before the employees posted in the wing.
They said two years ago an AEE was posted in this wing, however, after his superannuation no officer of the same rank was posted here.
Meanwhile, civil society South Kashmir has shown resentment over the functioning of this wing as no biometric attendance procedure has been installed in this office.
They appealed to the Deputy commissioner Anantnag to seek a detailed report from the officer incharge of the electrical wing. (KNS)
