Rajani Patil chairs Party meeting Discusses current situation in J&K

Srinagar July 17:(KNS) Congress on Saturday held meeting of senior Party leaders, Former Ministers and Ex. Legislators in Srinagar to discuss current situation in J&K, besides holding discussions on organizational affairs and activities.

Many issues of public importance, besides other developmental issues concerning J&K also came under discussion.

All India Congress Committee Incharge for J&K & Ladakh organizational Affairs Rajani Patil, who was on five day’s visit to J&K presided over the meeting and received feedback with regard to current socio political scenario obtaining in J&K.

JKPCC President Ghulam Ahmad Mir also addressed the meeting.

The meeting devised the roadmap with regard to political activities, besides organizational affairs and activities to be adopted in coming days.

Those who were present in the meeting included CWC Member and Senior Leader Tariq Hamid Karra, Former JKPCC President Peerzada Mohd.Sayeed Former Minister Taj Mohi U Din, Ex. Legislators Haji Abdul Rashid, Bashir Ahmad Magrey, Mohd Muzaffar Parray, Khemlata Wakhloo, Gulzar Ahmad Wani, Senior leaders G.N.Mir Lasjan and Amreen Badre.

Apart from other issues concerning J&K, the meeting expressed serious concern over the rising unemployment, unprecedented price hike in petrol, diesel and other essentials and resolved to fight against the wrong policies adopted by the Govt towards the people of J&K. (KNS)
