Srinagar, Dec 22 (KNS): Former MLA and Apni Party General Secretary Rafi Ahmad Mir on Wednesday felicitated Waseem Bashir Khanday, resident of Mamal-Pahalgam, for being selected in Kolkata Knight Riders Trials.

In a statement issued here, Mir congratulated Waseem for exhibiting outstanding sportsmanship qualities while hoping him to achieve further heights in future.

“It is a moment of pride for his parents and the people of Pahalgam in general as his trials selection has brought laurels to the area. I extend my heartiest wishes to him at this moment of joy and hope that he will make his way into the team,” he said.
