Srinagar, Apr 9 - President of the Kashmir Trade Alliance (KTA) Ajaz Shahdhar has extended his warmest greetings to the people of Kashmir and the business community on the auspicious occasion of Eid ul Fitr.
In his Eid message, Shahdhar said, "On behalf of the Kashmir Trade Alliance, I wish all Kashmiris, especially our valued business community, a very happy and blessed Eid ul Fitr. May this joyous festival bring peace, prosperity and happiness to all."
He urged the people to celebrate the festival with traditional fervor and gaiety. "As we rejoice in the festivities, let us not forget our less fortunate brethren and extend a helping hand to them in whatever way we can," he added.
The KTA President also hoped that the Eid ul Fitr would prove to be a harbinger of sustained peace and economic growth in the region. He reiterated the Alliance's commitment to working towards creating a conducive environment for businesses to thrive in Kashmir.
Eid ul Fitr marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan. It is one of the most important religious festivals celebrated by Muslims around the world with prayers, family gatherings, exchange of gifts and sumptuous feasts.
