Pilot dies, co-pilot injured after army chopper crashes in Bandipora's Gurez

 
Srinagar, Mar 11 (KNS): A pilot was killed and his co-pilot was injured after an army chopper crashed in Gujran village of Tulail along the Line of Control in Gurez Valley of Bandipora district, officials said here. 
 
Officials told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that the pilots of army's aviation wing were injured after a chopper crashed near Gujran village in Gurez, when it was on way to Tulail to rescue a sick BSF soldier from snow-bound area. 
 
They said that both injured pilots were rescued and shifted to army's 92 base hospital in Srinagar. 
 
The officials, however, said that the pilot succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. (KNS)
