Mr Baldev Singh Raina has applauded the UT administration for adopting the youth centric policies , Baldev Singh said that the issue was religiously raised by PHDCCI as alarming by CMIE report wherein J&K is having 15% unemployment rate which is almost 3 times the national unemployment rate of country.
The Government of J&K headed by Manoj Sinha ji and Chief Secretary Dr Arun Kumar Mehta has done a highly commendable work by providing handholding to youth of J&K through Mission Youth which aims at creating a strong and prosperous generation of youngsters.
The mission youth is lead by dynamic administrative officer Dr Shahid Iqbal Chaudhary and that needs to be empowered with J&K Youth Advisory Council, a high-power committee for Youth Policy Implementation through J&K Youth Development Corporation (JKYDC), and Yuva Bhavans or Youth Clubs each district headquarters needs to be established.
