Jammu, February 04:(KNS)  Padma  Shri Dr S P Varma, President Gandhi Global Family J&K called on the Director General of Police J&K  Dilbag Singh here today.

The DGP complimented Padma awardee for his social services and for making exemplary contributions by spreading the message of peace in Jammu and Kashmir.

Dr. Varma presented the autobiography of the father of nation Mahatma Gandhi in Hindi and Urdu to the DGP. He hailed the role of J&K Police in restoring the peace in Jammu and Kashmir while giving sacrifices of their lives in the line of duty.(KNS)
