Confirms withdrawal of election boycott call

Srinagar, September 27 (KNS): Former Minister Chheirng Dorje today said that they have withdrawn the election boycott call after meeting Home Minister Amit Shah.
" We have withdrawn the boycott call of elections, " Dorje who along with Venerable Tgiksay Ropochoe and Thupastan Chhewang met Amit Shah yesterday in Delhi told KNS.
" We discussed with him all our concerns regarding protection of land , jobs and ethnicity..we demanded same protection which was earlier guaranteed under 6th schedule," he said.

" Home Minister will also call a meeting with us after elections in Delhi for further consultations," he said.
Responding to a question, he said, " In Leh we had demand UT, it was not possible until Article 370 was there. We got it..but within a year we realized most of the things like land , jobs are not secure"
He also said talks will decide future course of action of people of Ladakh (KNS)
